Depeche Mode in NYC!

I'm in New York City for two nights for a team offsite (I got in last night), and it's been all meetings thus far, but tonight they are taking us out to eat, followed by Depeche Mode in Madison Square Garden! It was supposed to be a surprise, but one of the presenters told us, "I can't believe you guys get to go to the Depeche Mode concert tonight." Whoops.

Depeche Mode is one of my all-time favorites, so this is going to be a treat. I hope they play all their old stuff! Behind the Wheel, Enjoy the Silence, Somebody, Just Can't Get Enough, But Not Tonight, People are People, Policy of Truth...I can go on and on.

Short morning session tomorrow, and then back to California, where I'll land just in time to celebrate Hubert's birthday! Hey Hubert, are you finally old enough to rent a car without surcharges?

Yer killin' me G! Killin' me! =)

But seriously...
Every time I hear Depeche Mode now, I think of I Love the 80s and Kevin Weisman:

"They're for when you're in a certain Mode and you're feeling a little Depeche."

Wow - that's awesome! Both about Depeche Mode and Hubert being able to rent a car without incurring surchages.

Come to think of it, I haven't rented a car since I turned 25...
