Classic Blunders
Never go in against a Clinton when an election is on the line
How desperate is Clinton that she's willing to fight to count Florida's and Michigan's delegates? That would be like the Denver Broncos demanding that the preseason games count in the standings so that they could claim the AFC West championship. Truly pathetic.
The ironic thing is, had Florida and Michigan stuck to the rules, they would have had a huge impact on this race. See Ohio, Texas.
Truly a dizzying intellect
In an interview on MSNBC, a super delegate rationalized the existence of super delegates by pointing out that without them, neither Obama nor Clinton is likely to get a majority of delegates prior to the convention. But that's because of the existence of super delegates! One of the candidates is almost certain to get a majority of pledged delegates. I'm sorry, but you cannot justify your existence by solving the problem created by your existence.
