Holiday Season

Sorry that we haven't been blogging for a long time. There was a technical glitch with our host.
But we're back on now!

Even though I had three weeks of break (finally!), the days were packed with lots of friends and family. I was studying for my medicine shelf test on my birthday, so my friends and I belatedly celebrated.


Some of us then went downtown to see some of the city Christmas lights and to visit Santa, dressed in board shorts, who happened to be my dad's friend.

Some of my classmates and I went caroling at a local children's hospital.

What is vacation without a hike? We went on the trail to Maunawili Falls which was a short hike that entailed crossing a stream several times before reaching the waterfall. Of course I got bitten many times and had wheals that began coalescing together. I somehow received a bite on my butt.
